Even in my best attempt to enjoy the long weekend away from work, I found myself wandering around Nordström do a little market research. While I left empty-handed, there are a few pieces I regret leaving behind (including this crazy Staud dress). What can I say ? I can’t wait for spring to begin. The turn of the season still reporting better weather, freedom in outfits, and a new batch of styles I’ve been waiting to test. But as a selectively trendy dresser, I’m always on the lookout for pieces that fit easily into my personal style. Currently, I’m testing the waters by pairing a sequin top with jeansa rosette choker with a basic strappy dress, and metallic shoes with a classic costume set. It’s always my goal to strike a balance between wardrobe basics and playful seasonal trends, and I think the following Nordstrom items accomplish just that.
