After teasing the Galaxy A14 5G and A23 5G for India last week, Samsung has just confirmed the launch of these two new budget phones and their prices. We already knew that the Galaxy A duo would be available in India from January 18. However, the company has now unveiled specific launch details, pricing for various memory options, and specs.
Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A23 5G will both be available in India through Samsung’s online store and partner stores from January 20. But both phones will get a two-day head start via Live Commerce on Samsung.com on January 18 from 12 p.m.
The Galaxy A14 5G will be available with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage for INR 16,499 ($202). The 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB variants will cost INR 18,999 ($232) and INR 20,999 ($257) respectively. Customers can avail INR 1500 cashback with SBi, IDFC and ZestMoney.
Samsung will launch the Galaxy A23 5G in two memory configurations: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB for INR 22,999 ($281) and INR 24,999 ($306), respectively. Buyers can get a discount of INR 2,000.

The Galaxy A14 5G sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, 50MP main camera, 13MP selfie sensor, Exynos 1330 chipset, and 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging. The Galaxy A14 5G will be available in three colors: dark red, light green and black.
Meanwhile, customers who are willing to pay a little more for the Galaxy A23 5G get a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP main camera with OIS, Snapdragon chipset 695 and a similar 5000mAh battery with 25W charging. The Galaxy A23 5G will be available in silver, light blue and orange.
Both phones are expected to run Android 13 and One UI 5.0 from day one, and they take advantage of features like RAM Plus, which lets users assign storage as virtual RAM for better multitasking.
