Three years later Bachelor viewers watched Lauren Bushnell Lane getting engaged on national television, the former flight attendant confirmed she was set to remarry – and this time she walked down the aisle with the country singer Chris Lane.
Bushnell Lane shared the happy news on Instagram on June 18, 2019, as she praised her future husband.
“Can’t stop smiling 😭,” she wrote. “I feel so incredibly blessed that every misstep, every mistake, and every heartache has led me to you. I couldn’t be happier to call you mine, forever. The journey was worth it. Thank you Christopher Eric Lane for softening my heart and making it whole. I will never stop telling you how much I love you and I will keep you forever and ever! Lauren Lane has a beautiful ring 💍.
She told fans, “PS he wrote me a song 😭. I can’t stop listening or looking at my hand 😍.
The couple tied the knot in Nashville in October 2019, after less than a year together.
The Oregon native was previously engaged to Bachelor star of season 20 Ben Higginwhose proposal aired to him in the March 2016 season finale. Higgins and Bushnell Lane later starred in the spin-off show Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? before ending their engagement in May 2017.
In July, Bushnell Lane started dating Devin Antin, but she and the real estate investor split in August 2018. Four months before calling it quits, she watched Lane perform at Stagecoach and even went backstage to hang out with him. She was attending the music festival with Antin, but he was not backstage when Bushnell met her future husband.
All those romantic ups and downs are a thing of the past, now that she and the “I Don’t Know About You” crooner have married and started a family.
Bushnell Lane welcomed her with Lane’s first child, son Dutton, in June 2021. A year later, the couple announced they were expecting baby No. 2. Their second son, Baker, was born in October 2022.
