The formula is claimed to have “full coverage” with a “16 hour wear” that is “smudge resistant” and “water resistant.” Most of the shades were on the pigmented side with semi-opaque to opaque coverage that could be layered.
The texture was slightly creamy, smooth and pleasant to work with as the eyeliner glided on my skin without tugging or tugging. They wore about 10 hours on me before showing signs of thinning/fading, so not quite the promised 16 hours, but there was about half of the eyeliner still visible at 4 p.m.

LA Girl Sequins Shockwave Eyeliner ($4.49 for 0.04 oz) is a medium-dark violet-purple with subtle warm pink undertones and a cooler blue-violet pearl. It was one of the worst performers in the line I’ve tried, probably due to the amount of slippage.
