“My workout routine, I shake it up,” said Kyle Richards during a January 19 Amazon Live with her teenage daughter, Portia. Kyle, 54, and Portia, 14, talked about beauty and fitness, which resulted in Halloween ends star sharing that she tries “something different every day” in the gym. “I do the Peloton, a very long and extended abs routine. I now do weights. I’ve always done light weights, but now I’ve increased the weights I lift. And then I’ll run, either outside or, depending on the weather, I’ll run on the treadmill.

Kyle also referred to a drama earlier this month when followers accused her of using Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes drug, to lose weight. “As I have said, [I do not use] Ozempic or that other one that starts with an M,” she said. “I changed my diet after a month in Europe. We were in Europe for three weeks, then in Australia for a week, and I had gained weight, and I was like, ‘Okay, that’s it. No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.'”

“I was thinking maybe [I’d diet] just for a little while, and then I thought, ‘You know what? I feel so good,” she added. “Now that I’ve already lost the weight I wanted to lose – I’m not trying to lose any more – of course I’ll have a birthday cake or pasta, but actually, to be honest, a times in a blue moon.”

“I’m not on the keto diet,” she added. “Basically, I eat protein, veg, fruit, and carbs once in a while. But I eat fruits and vegetables all the time, and I like cereals a lot.

In early January, Kyle quashed some budding fan rumors that his recent weight loss was a byproduct of plastic surgery or Ozempic, which made headlines for being used for weight loss. “I’m NOT on Ozempic,” Kyle wrote on an Instagram of his girlfriends after a workout, per E ! News. “Never been.”

Later in the month, when page 6 posted a photo of her on Instagram, fans speculated that the body was the product of plastic surgery. “I’ve never tried Ozempic, and it’s not plastic surgery. I had a breast reduction in May,” Kyle said. “I’m honest about what I do. plastic surgery makes you feel better, so let go, sister.”
