Were you gutted when you finished The Treaters? The BBC One game show, which saw stalwart contestants try to identify a trio of traitors hidden among them as they worked together to win a bundle of cash, caused a stir towards the end of last year.

Whether it’s contestants that fans loved or loved to hate – I couldn’t bear Alex, she was the worst, and will always have a soft spot for Aaron – we enjoyed this series like it was the fucking World Cup!
The tactical killings, the tense expulsions from the round table, the efforts to recruit more traitors, the heartbreak of ousting a faithful…it was almost too much to bear at times.
The good news is that you don’t have to wait for the inevitable season 2 or the British celebrity spin-off. There’s a ready-made season to watch right now. Traitors US can now be fully enjoyed and you won’t have to worry about VPNs or signing up for another expensive streaming service to enjoy it.
How to watch The US Treaters on TV and online
If you prefer to watch on traditional TV, you can also enjoy the show on BBC One and BBC Three. The BBC revealed the schedule in a press release.
The show will be available on BBC One as a double screener on Wednesday evenings at 10.40pm for 5 weeks from January 25.
The US Treaters will be available on BBC Three for three weeks as follows:
Tuesday January 24, Wednesday January 25 and Thursday January 26
Monday January 30, Tuesday January 31, Wednesday February 1 and Thursday February 2
Monday February 6, Tuesday February 7 and Wednesday February 8
Location, Host and Competitors of The US Treaters
The US Traitors was filmed on location in the same “old Scottish castle” as the UK version, but this time it’s not Claudia Winkleman handling the hosting.
Instead, a Scotsman, Alan Cumming, will oversee the tasks, roundtable evictions and killings. There are again 20 candidates, with Americans from all walks of life making the trip to Scotland. We’re ready for the US version to take the ridiculousness to new levels and we can’t wait to tune in.
