Colored Raine Smooches Cream Blush ($16.00 for 0.28 oz) is a rich raspberry pink with strong, cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. The blush was incredibly pigmented where the tiniest amount produced medium to high coverage right off the bat, so you’ll want to use a very light hand with this product and it would work best for someone who prefers higher coverage.
It had a smooth, blendable texture when I worked with it on my skin, but it was a task to get the right level of product on a brush for application due to the texture being too creamy, emollient and blended to the point where a fingertip caused the product to move. It was like softened butter left on the counter before cooking. This product lasted eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Presentation of the formula
$16.00 –
The formula didn’t have many claims, only that it’s supposed to be a “silky cream” texture that “helps hydrate skin” with “the right amount of color.” The texture was incredibly creamy; it looked like it was half-melted by the sun, as any pressure caused the product to move significantly.
I highly recommend using a fluffy synthetic brush and a feathery hand to pick up the product, which was enough pressure to pick up more than enough product as they were intensely pigmented.
Worth noting: After the initial release of four shades, the brand released two additional shades in a smaller format, and they were significantly less creamy, chunky, and had a thinner, slightly emollient texture that took longer to dry and n Wasn’t quite as pigmented (but still quite pigmented overall – I just didn’t have to use the softest touch to grab the product like the original shades).
Although this was one of the creamiest formulas I’ve come across in cream blush, it did dry down to a more “natural” matte finish – not totally flat but not dew at all. The blushes set on bare skin fairly well and over foundation, but I found my fingertips were more prone to lifting the base products with this formula.
They wore on me for about eight hours before visibly fading.
