Luckily, the fantastic mod community knows this, and there are hundreds of Sims 4 mods out there that allow you to tailor your experience in countless ways, from canoodling in bed to buying a strip club and then the most risky. Unsurprisingly, most of the best PC games don’t include a lot of panky. Although, perhaps surprisingly, many do and feature in our list of the best sex games. We all know The Sims has always featured relatively subtle WooHoo, but what if you could make it a little less…vanilla? Well, while some of the best Sims 4 sex mods on our list are still relatively PG – you’ll find features listed here that wouldn’t fly on Neopets – there’s nothing as explicit as what you hear about in Second Life. There are more naughty life sim mods out there if you want to find them, but here is our list of the best Sims 4 sex mods.
The best Sims 4 sex mods:
Pillow talk
At the end of “woohoo” in The Sims 4, it can be a little awkward. After all, sims are quite primitive and so you’ll often find that right after an intimate moment, they’ll be straight into the kitchen for a microwave baked treat – not very romantic at all.
To make woohoo a bit more special, there’s a mod called Pillow Talk that lets your sims spend a few moments snuggling up before their attention shifts back to the baked goods. Mod creator Shimrod101 made sure whispering secrets, tickling and kissing were all included, as well as something they call “nuggle nuzzle”. We haven’t experienced that one yet, but it looks lovely.
SIMDA dating app
Since Tinder is such an integral part of real-life romance, it’s only natural that a dating app would make its way into the virtual world of The Sims 4. “SimDa” dating app mod introduces a whole new way of dating .
Created by LittleMsSam, this mod gives your sims access to an app on their phone that lets them set up a specific date, blind date, and even set up one-night stands with no strings attached and take calls from NPCs.
Crystal clear, no censor mods
It’s time for that weird pixel blur to go away when your Sims get naked. Moxiemason’s No Mosaic/Censor mod removes the angular haze that appears on your sims when taking a shower, using the bath or toilet, or breastfeeding.
The mod doesn’t allow you to make your sims naked 24/7 – there are other mods for that – but it does work when your sims take turns, so that’s all you need to know.
Ghosts can have babies!
With PolarBearSims’ Ghosts can have babies! even ghosts can experience the beauty of childbirth. And no, you won’t have ghost babies (that’s kind of spooky), but ghosts will give birth to squishy, meaty babies for your sim and their ghost partner to care for – in the Sims universe, this isn’t even that strange.
Longer/shorter pregnancy
Installing the longer/shorter pregnancy mod created by Havem means your sim can go through a full trimester of pregnancy instead of the normal three days. And if one baby isn’t enough for you, then ArtUrlWWW’s Pregnancy mega mod will allow your sims to give birth to triplets, quintuplets and sextuplets – the more bundles of joy scream and poop, the better!
Risky WooHoo
For those times when passion takes over, PolarBearSims returns to this list again with its Risky WooHoo mod which increases the chances of your sim getting pregnant. The “Woohoo” option is changed to “Risky WooHoo”, so there’s always a chance your sim will get pregnant. This mod also includes different levels of fertility and your sims chances of getting pregnant go up and down depending on where you do the deed. And, just like the other PolarBearSims mod above, ghosts can still have babies in this one too.

Finally, the big one. Turbodriver’s WickedWhims mega-mod is one of the most well-known and popular Sims 4 sex mods. WickedWhims includes a range of sexy additions, from sweaty strip clubs, and pubic hair polyamory.
You can check out the intimacies for yourself by reading the full list of changes on the mod’s features page, but the WickedWhims mod isn’t just about your sims. Some features also deal with adult topics like pregnancy, exhibitionism, and medical issues.
While these are some of the best Sims 4 sex mods, there are plenty of other options if you want to tweak your Sims gaming experience even further. For example, you could get unique furniture (maybe a new bed?) with some of the best Sims 4 CC bundles. But what about sex in The Sims 5?
