Coffee mistakes to avoid
Chawla says caffeine, one of the best energy drinks in the world, is an at-home energy booster to get us through life’s tough days. Coffee is a common source of caffeine and daily coffee consumption has a number of health benefits. You can actually lose weight with coffee. Even the risk of diseases like diabetes and heart disease can be reduced, according to research.

So, to reap all of these coffee benefits, make sure you don’t make these coffee mistakes:
1. Caffeine overdose
Caffeine is responsible for the stimulating benefits of coffee. Although coffee can provide a temporary energy boost and help improve attention, taking too much can harm your health. Excessive caffeine consumption increases the risk of insomnia, high blood pressure and heart problems. So, limit your daily caffeine intake to no more than three cups.
2. Not drinking enough water
Your body may produce more urine from coffee, which could lead to dehydration. While it’s essential to stay properly hydrated throughout the day, drinking enough water is especially important if you drink coffee. Dehydration has been linked to a range of adverse health effects, such as fatigue, headaches and impaired cognitive function. So stay hydrated.

3. Using the wrong kind of beans

This can eventually lead to more fat accumulation, which can then turn into fatty liver disease, a contributing factor to diabetes, which increases your risk of heart disease. In fact, consuming excessive amounts of added sugar can promote chronic inflammation and high blood pressure, both of which are major pathological pathways to heart disease.

6. Drink very hot
